  This place is now called Nails by Tracy. Not impressed at all. My friend and I went in for full sets. My friends nails ended up looking ok. Not the nicest job we had seen by far. I requested a two color French look on acrylics - one color on the bed, a second on the tip. I get this whenever I get acrylics. However, I was told it couldn't be done. When I told the lady I always get that, she insisted it couldn't be done and would look bad anyway. So, I opted for a regular mainicure. Everything was fine until, right as my nails were dry after being under the light for close to 20 minutes, the girl put a second top coat on my nails and put me back under the dryer. After about 10 minutes, I noticed the polish looked "bubbled," and told a lady. She removed my polish and they said they'd never seen it happen before. No apologies, no "sorry for the wasted time." Nothing. I continued to be polite and, having already spent about an hour and a half I told them to just put clear polish on as I couldn't waste any more time there. Which they rushed to do. I was basically an inconvenience to them by now. Not only did I still have to pay FULL PRICE, no one ever said they were sorry, offered a free manicure on the next visit or anything. I could not believe it. As a business, I think someone should have been a little more outgoing with attempting to make things right. I will not be returning, nor will I suggest this business to anyone else.
